We have advertised that Bob Kennedy, Chairman of the Hunter-Bulga Gas Action Group, would be speaking but his car has broken down somewhere between Melbourne and here so we are extremely grateful that Barry Smith has come from Broke to speak in Bob's place.
Barry is secretary of the Hunter-Bulga Gas Action Group and is a member of the Community Consultative Committee formed with Sydney Gas and the DPI, so he has an intimate knowledge of dealing with Sydney Gas and the impact their activities are having on the Broke community; the latest being that Sydney Gas have apparently purchased land in Broke.
