Sydney Gas Update on Gas Exploration - 31 July 2008

We are pleased to inform you that the drill rig for the core hole at Paynes Crossing was delivered to site today.
The drilling rig being used is a new rig, known as the Boart Longyear Diamond Core Drill LF 230 and is regarded as the quietest on the market. A factor that is incredibly important in sensitive tourist areas such as Paynes Crossing and Wollombi.
We anticipate that it may take a few days to set up the new rig. We will notify you once drilling commences and keep you updated with progress.
